ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

 

BOOKING

Reservations may be made online or by calling the at 469-931-9886.


​

  • We strongly recommend scheduling appointments in advance.


  • The deposit MUST be sent in order to secure your appointment. Failure of sending deposit could result in cancellation.

​

  • House calls are accepted with a fee of $20 that will be added to the remaining balance the day of the scheduled appointment.

​

  • All guests under 18 years of age must have signed consent by a guardian. 

​

      ARRIVAL + ETTIQUITE 

CHECK-IN

We require that you arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This will provide you with enough time to change and make use of our beautiful spa facility.

 *There is a 10 minute grace period but failure to show up 10 minutes or later will result in a $20 late fee*


  • We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal articles, including clothing or accessories and suggest that you do not bring valuables to the Spa.

  • Please SILENT all cell phones and pagers within the Spa to enhance  experience.


FORMS OF PAYMENT

We currently accept cash, Discover Card, MasterCard, Visa, debit cards and PayPal with the MasterCard or Visa logo. We cannot accept American Express, checks, money orders or COD as payment. We may split payments with cash and credit card.

CANCELLATION or LATE POLICY

Because we reserve the time especially for you, a  48 hours advance notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment is REQUIRED or a $10 cancellation fee will be in effect. All deposits are final and NOT refundable UNLESS you have rescheduled in a timely fashion.

Should you arrive late for your appointment, your treatment will be modified to maximize your remaining time, without compromising the next appointment. If you are over 10 minutes late you will be charged a $10 late fee Along with your remaining balance  Should your artist be late, there will be $10 deducted from your balance.


No call, no show will result in one last chance to book again but two no call, no shows will be a refusal to book in the future.


WAXING

If you are receiving a Brazilian wax make sure hair is trimmed and not tangled or matted. Also make sure hygiene is in pristine condition (please take care of foul orders before entering spa)


SPECIAL HEALTH CONDITIONS

Please notify our spa if you have high or low blood pressure, allergies, any physical limitations, special needs, or if you are pregnant.


AGE REQUIREMENT

All guests must be 16 or older to schedule a treatment. Guests under 16 may enjoy most of our services when accompanied by an adult.


PRIVACY + QUIET POLICY

The Spa is dedicated to maintaining an environment of peace and tranquility. Please help us by respecting our atmosphere of privacy and quiet.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime for any reason.
